Refund policy

All sales are final.  As most of our items are personalized and made when you order, we are unable to accept returns.  If you have any specific questions or want to ensure something is done a certain way please email us BEFORE placing an order so we can ensure we have things exactly as you would like.  You can email us r116designs@gmail.com

Once you receive your order, please inspect immediately and let us know within 72 hours If there is an issue by reaching out to us at r116designs@gmail.com so we can assist. We want you to be thrilled with your order and if you're not we want to know.

If items that are marked for free local pick-up in Murfreesboro are not picked up and arrangements are not made, nor shipping costs paid to ship the item, within 30 days of purchase we may refund your item and place it back available for purchase.  If the item is a personalized item refunds will NOT be offered and the item will only be held for a maximum of 90 days as we must clear old unclaimed stock to make room for new.  We will make every attempt to contact the customer prior to the 90 days via email (please ensure your email address is correct) and via phone (ensure your phone number is correct so we can text or call).  If we have been unable to get a hold of you nor have you tried to contact us to make arrangements, the above mentioned policies will be followed.
