Baby Blanket Tag with Stat Sign

These adorable blanket tags make a wonderful baby shower gift.  The Baby Announcement Stat Sign in the middle can be popped out and filled in with a permanent marker when the baby arrives, even utilized in pictures to welcome the little one to the world!

Tag is cut and engraved out a wood and measures about 7" with the sign that pops out measuring about 4".
